ready to ship: items will be mailed within one week of order being placed.

made to order: please allow up to 4 weeks for production.

if your item has been shipped, please refer to tracking information for up to date delivery estimations.

delivery time is dependent on location and choice for shipping. all items are shipped from vancouver, canada.

once an item is shipped, no modifications can be made to an order.

otherwise, i do not offer local pickup at this time.

unless otherwise stated:

• majority of jump rings used for maidencore items are bright aluminum for lightweight, everyday wear.

  • some styles include stainless steel jump rings.

• charms are stainless steel, with the exception some specific charms.

  • example: flail charms (zinc alloy). please refer to product pages for more details.

• all earring hardware is made from stainless steel.

• all clasps and closures are stainless steel.

all stickers are matte vinyl, waterproof and dishwasher safe.

aluminum and stainless steel is suitable for daily wear and does not tarnish or rust.

however, over time, your piece may start looking more dull from exposure to the elements, sweat, etc.

cleaning your items:

• regularly clean with mild soap and water using a soft cloth

• rinse thoroughly with water

• let dry completely

*note: items with zinc alloy or silver/platinum plating are not recommended for daily wear, as this will reduce the longevity of your item’s brilliance.
